Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DocIQ, a service operated by LinLoop Software.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Your documents and acceptable use

You must have the right to upload each document. Do not use DocIQ for illegal, abusive, harmful, or infringing activity.

AI-generated summaries

AI summaries can contain errors and must be independently reviewed. DocIQ does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Plans and usage limits

The Free plan allows 3 successful summaries per UTC day and PDFs up to 10 pages. The Pro plan allows 100 successful summaries per UTC calendar month and PDFs up to 50 pages.

Billing and cancellation

Pro costs $15 per month. Subscriptions renew until canceled through Stripe billing management. After cancellation, paid access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Service availability

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your documents. DocIQ and its software, branding, and service materials remain the property of LinLoop Software or its licensors.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed. LinLoop Software's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
