This Privacy Policy explains how DocIQ, operated by LinLoop Software, handles information when you use the service.

Account, usage, and subscription data

We store account email and authentication data needed to provide your account. We also store usage and quota records, plus subscription-status records needed to apply your plan.

Your documents and summaries

DocIQ processes uploaded PDFs to provide the requested summary and does not permanently store the PDFs. Extracted document text is sent to Azure OpenAI to generate the summary.

Google Analytics

DocIQ uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous website usage information, such as page visits, traffic source, device and browser type, and approximate region. This information helps us understand how the website is used and improve it. Google Analytics does not receive uploaded document contents or generated summaries.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and billing. DocIQ does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Cookies and preferences

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for your selected language. Your theme preference is stored in your browser.
